Desfa

DESFA, as Greece’s National Natural Gas System Operator, is responsible for the operation, management, exploitation and development of the National Natural Gas System and its interconnections, in a technically sound and economically efficient way, in order to best serve its users with safety, reliability and adequacy.

DESFA operates approximately 1.466 km of high-pressure pipelines, 7 Operations & Maintenace centers, 55 Metering & Regulating stations, 4 interconnection points and 1 LNG storage & regasification terminal (in Revithousa), contributing decisively to the security of supply and the diversification of supply sources of Greece and the wider region. Possessing extensive experience and having a highly skilled staff, DESFA is a reliable partner in the framework of the ongoing international energy projects in Southeastern Europe.

Bulgartransgaz

Bulgartransgaz EAD is a combined gas operator performing natural gas transmission and storage activities. The gas infrastructure owned and operated by “Bulgartransgaz” EAD on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria consists of a gas transmission network infrastructure and an underground gas storage facility in Chiren (UGS “Chiren”) connected to it.

The gas transmission network provides natural gas transmission for consumers in the country, as well as from/to the neighbouring countries Turkey, Greece, Serbia, Romania and North Macedonia through 10 cross-border entry-exit points. The network consists of 3,443 km of gas pipelines and gas pipeline branches, as well as eleven compressor stations, with an estimated total installed capacity of about 374 MW, etc. accompanying facilities.

Bulgartransgaz EAD develops and modernizes its infrastructure for ensuring a high level of interconnectivity and for meeting all strategic goals and priorities for diversification and security of supply.
As a responsible company Bulgartransgaz EAD operates in line with the climate and energy goals for carbon neutrality and trends in the introduction of hydrogen technologies.

Transgaz

“TRANSGAZ” S.A. is the technical operator of the National Gas Transmission System, overseeing its efficient, transparent, and safe operation. We are offering non-discriminatory access and competitiveness, aligning with national and European regulations and standards for quality, performance, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Our responsibilities encompass domestic and international transmission, natural gas dispatching, as well as research and design within the natural gas transmission domain.

FGSZ

FGSZ is the sole transmission system operator (TSO) in Hungary, conducting its activities in a regulated market environment, in permanent compliance with the legal regulations of Hungary and the European Union in force. Besides domestic natural gas transmission, we have bi-directional transmission capacities to Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia and Ukraine, and provide unidirectional physical transmission from Austria to Hungary, and we are continuously examining the technical feasibility of an interconnector towards Slovenia. In order to maintain the security of supply, the Company strives to improve its operational efficiency and sustainability through several projects.

eustream

Eustream is the Slovak gas Transmission System Operator with a history of safe and reliable transmission dating back to 1972. Its transmission system provides an important energy link between the East and the West, and between the North and the South, thus connecting Slovakia with Ukraine, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland.

The transmission system consists of four to five parallel pipelines with 1200 mm and 1400 mm diameters and an operating pressure of 7.35 MPa. The capacity, necessary for continuous gas flow, is provided by four compressor stations with an installed output of 422 MW.

N4G

NET4GAS, s.r.o. is the gas transmission system operator in the Czech Republic, securing the international transit of natural gas, domestic transmission and associated commercial and technical services. NET4GAS transports tens of billions cubic meters of natural gas per year and operates more than 3,800 km of pipelines, three border transfer stations, five compressor stations, and 100 transfer stations at the interface with the domestic gas distribution system. The company is a member of the Czech Gas Association, the international organisations ENTSOG, GIE, EASEE-gas, and the IGU and Marcogaz working groups.
